Ramgoolam Built is a subsidiary of The Ramgoolam Group which owns a wide range of construction, real estate and infrastructure companies such as Ramgoolam (Pty) Ltd.

The origin of Ramgoolam Built arose from Ramgoolam (Pty) Ltd undertaking the construction of Pre-Eminence Studio as the owner builder, the project went on to win the NHBRC Award for Best Commercial Building under R 50 Million which was awarded to one of the sub-contractors employed by Ramgoolam (Pty) Ltd.
